Koraput MP Saptagiri Ulaka Joins National Space Day Celebrations at JNV Koraput.

Koraput MP Shri Saptagiri Ulaka attended the National Space Day celebrations as Chief Guest at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Koraput.

Speaking on the occasion, he said he was inspired by the curiosity and dreams of the young students, calling them the “true astronauts of tomorrow.” He also expressed pride in seeing ISRO’s legacy igniting young minds in every corner of the country.

National Space Day in India is celebrated on 23rd August every year, marking the successful landing of Chandrayaan-3’s Vikram Lander on the Moon in 2023.The day commemorates India’s historic achievement of becoming the first country to land near the lunar south pole. It aims to inspire students, scientists, and citizens to dream big in the field of space science and technology, while also honoring the legacy of ISRO’s innovations and achievements.
