A Bond Beyond Sight: JNV Koraput Reaches Out to Visually Impaired Students

JNV Koraput Distributes Bedsheets & Towels to Visually Impaired Children.

In a heartwarming gesture, Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV), Koraput, organized a distribution programme today at the School for the Visually Impaired in Koraput. As part of the initiative, bedsheets and towels were distributed among the students of the special school.

The programme was marked not just by the distribution ceremony but also by a cultural exchange, where children from both JNV and the School for the Visually Impaired presented a series of performances. Their songs, dances, and recitations highlighted talent, inclusivity, and mutual bonding between the two institutions.

Addressing the gathering, the Principal of JNV Koraput encouraged the students to stay determined and motivated in their educational journey. He also highlighted the importance of empathy, social responsibility, and collaborative learning among children of all backgrounds.

Teachers and staff members of both schools expressed their joy at the initiative, noting that such programmes not only provide essential items but also foster a spirit of unity and compassion among young learners.
