Capt. (Dr.) Laxman Patra Honoured with State Level Rajiv Gandhi Seva Sammana 2025.

Jeypore: Capt. (Dr.) Laxman Patra of 1(O) INF INDEP COY NCC, Vikram Dev University, Jeypore, has been conferred with the prestigious State Level Rajiv Gandhi Seva Sammana 2025.

The honour was presented in recognition of his extraordinary contribution as an NCC Associate NCC Officer (ANO) in imparting social, moral, physical, and technical education to students and guiding them towards a brighter future.

The award was conferred on the occasion of the 81st Birth Anniversary of Bharat Ratna Shri Rajiv Gandhi, Former Prime Minister of India, observed on August 20, 2025.
