Over 100 Saplings Planted in Rotary–NCC Green Initiative.

The Rotary Club of Jeypore, in a powerful joint initiative with the 1 Odisha Independent Infantry Company, NCC, successfully organized its Annual Plantation Program, “RCJ Plants Hope for our Environment.”

The event witnessed the plantation of over 100 saplings, marking a significant step toward environmental conservation in the region.

The program was graced and supported by Club President Rtn. Amar Budhwar, Board of Directors, senior members of the Rotary Club of Jeypore, members of the Inner Wheel Club of Jeypore, NCC cadets of VD College, and was well covered by media representatives.

Special appreciation goes to NCC Commanding Officer Col. Priti Ranjan Dash, Vikram dev University NCC ANO Capt. Dr. Laxman Patra, and the dedicated team of forest officials for their guidance and support.

The Rotary Club of Jeypore also extends heartfelt congratulations to Club Social Service Projects Director Rtn. Shivaji and Club Correspondent Rtn. Nishan Pattnaik, whose efforts, along with the wholehearted support of members, made this Annual Plantation Program—RCJ Plants Hope for our Environment 2025-26—a grand success in collaboration with NCC Jeypore.
