Speaking on the occasion, DLSA Secretary Navneeta Dash elaborated on the salient provisions of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. She urged for the strict implementation of the Act in both government and private institutions to ensure a safe and dignified environment for women at the workplace.
